I am like you. If you are reading this post, you probably hold a Christian worldview or at least are curious to learn about the Christian worldview. Otherwise you would not be on this website. I have not always held a Christian worldview.
I was raised going to church on Sundays with my family, but matters of faith were not a part of our home life. Due to a specific turn of events, I became an atheist at the age of 13. At 17, God dropped by, and in a flash, I knew there was a living God. Not long after that I repented if my sins and gave my life to Jesus Christ. I wish I could say I had life all figured out at that point. But fast forward to age 53 ... I am still working to understand my Christian faith and my Christian life. Like all Christians, my life has seen many "seasons" of valleys and mountain tops. God is currently in the midst of beginning a new season of my life. I do not yet know what it will look like but I am excited about the adventure. A new season in the Christian life frequently brings uncertainty and steps of blind faith. This website is part of my new season. I have no idea what it will become as God is unfolding it in tiny pieces. As the saying goes, I have just enough light for the step I am on. I have no clue what the staircase looks like. "Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man." - Ecclesiastes 12:13 (KJV) "Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting. - Psalm 139:23-24 (NIV) "May I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world." - Galatians 6:14 (NIV)
